ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy) is an evidence-based approach that helps you work through emotional blocks, anxiety, and long-standing relational or behavioural patterns. It’s a powerful method for getting to the root of distress—not just managing symptoms.

Through secure online sessions, I can support you wherever you are—whether you live in a rural area, travel frequently, or simply prefer therapy in a familiar environment.

My approach is collaborative, active, and emotionally attuned. We’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way of change, identify unconscious patterns that may be holding you back, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and confidence.

Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person work, and often makes the process more accessible and flexible.

We’ll meet via Zoom in a quiet and confidential setting. You don’t need any special equipment—just a reliable internet connection and a private space where you feel comfortable.

There’s no fixed number of sessions. The work is open-ended but focused, and we’ll check in regularly about how things are going.

I’m a BACP-accredited psychotherapist, and I specialise in ISTDP. I offer therapy to individuals both online and in-person from my practice in Nottingham. My work is grounded in clinical training, regular supervision, and a deep respect for each person’s unique emotional world and inner resources.
