All sessions are delivered from either my office in Nottingham or online (via Zoom) and are available to adults (18+) across the UK and Europe.
Standard Session
(£100 for a 60-minute session)
A flexible option if you’re continuing after a structured block of therapy, or if you’re newer to the process and want space to understand yourself better while starting to make some real progress.
• Available weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs
• Suitable for new clients or those continuing after a structured block
• Helps build momentum and sustain deeper progress
• Also available if you’ve worked with me before and want to return for focused support or a new area of work

A Focused Start to Real Change
(£300 for 3 sessions)
This isn’t just a place to talk, it’s a structured, practical way to begin changing what’s not working.
• Session one (90 mins) gets right to the heart of what’s been keeping you stuck, so we can begin working where it actually matters.
• Two follow-up sessions (60 mins each) build on this, helping you shift unhelpful patterns and respond differently in real time.
• You’ll begin to notice change, in how you relate to yourself, in the choices you make, and in the way things feel day to day.
• By the end, many people feel more grounded, more hopeful, and clearer about the way forward.
Focused Therapy Block (3-Hour Intensive)
£285 for a 3-hour session
For those ready to dig deeper and build momentum quickly.
• One extended 3-hour session
• Helps surface emotional blocks and inner conflicts more efficiently
•Often leads to more powerful insight and emotional shifts, even early on
• Can be used on it's own, or as a starting point for ongoing work
• Especially useful for new clients, or those feeling stuck.

(£950 for 10 x 60-minute sessions)
A focused 10-session block for people ready to commit to meaningful change, with a clear structure to help you stay on track and go deeper.
