I’m an accredited Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals with a variety of difficulties begin to make the changes they want to improve their wellbeing and live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I believe that every person has the potential for significant growth given the right platform to do so, and I believe that I offer the right form of therapy to try and achieve that.

ABOUT

EXPERIENCE

I have been working as a therapist for over 15 years.


I have had significant experience helping individuals overcome difficulties with anxiety (both general and specific anxiety disorders), self-esteem and trauma issues.

 

In addition to this, I also have experience of working with individuals to help them overcome difficulties with depression, relational issues, and those who are dealing with the impact of significant life events.

​

Alongside my private work, I have experience working as a Psychotherapist and therapist supervisor within the NHS as well as several universities in the UK.
