I’m an accredited Psychotherapist with 15 years’ experience helping individuals with a variety of difficulties begin to make he changes they want to improve their wellbeing an live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I believe that every person has the potential for significant growth given the right platform to do so, and I believe that I offer the right form of therapy to try and achieve that.

I have been working as a therapist for over 15 years.

I have had significant experience helping individuals overcome difficulties with anxiety (both general and specific anxiety disorders), self-esteem and trauma issues.


In addition to this, I also have experience of working with individuals to help them overcome difficulties with depression, relational issues, and those who are dealing with the impact of significant life events.

Alongside my private work, I have experience working as a Psychotherapist and therapist supervisor within the NHS as well as several universities in the UK.
