What is ISTDP?

Instead of just giving you tools to cope or talking around the issue, we work directly with the emotional blocks that keep you stuck, the ones that often sit just outside of your everyday awareness.

 

This approach helps you move past old patterns, feel more connected to yourself and others, and start to experience real, lasting change.
 

What Can ISTDP Help With?

  • Shift long-standing patterns that no longer serve you

  • Improve how you relate to others and to yourself
